Curriculum
The C-Suite Leaders Program—India prepares senior leaders like you to embrace change and thrive in an evolving business landscape. You will consider business strategy through various lenses, explore opportunities for growth, and hone your leadership style. The program is divided into three modules, the second of which is delivered in-person in Mumbai, India. It concludes with a three-day immersion and networking event on the Wharton campus in Philadelphia where you will also have learning sessions.
Executive peer-coaching circles
The executive peer group is a key aspect of the program that fosters structured, confidential conversations among classmates. These online coaching sessions are managed by Emeritus and cover a range of pertinent topics, from business and leadership challenges to career opportunities. You will acquire tools and approaches designed to enhance emotional intelligence and leadership proficiency. Moreover, you will become part of a cohesive learning community and form enduring professional relationships with like-minded peers.

Participants are required to have:
A minimum of 10 years' work experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
Pathway to Wharton alumni status
For more than 135 years, Wharton has been the place where visionaries, inventors, and trailblazers get their start. After completing the C-Suite Leaders Program—India and subsequent open-enrollment programs, subject to further qualification criteria and additional tuition, you have a pathway to apply for Wharton alumni status.
Executives who successfully complete the C-Suite Leaders Program—India have the option of applying to the General Management Program (GMP). The GMP provides further opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and business acumen with a flexible curriculum. The C-Suite Leaders Program—India provides one credit toward the six required to complete the GMP and earn alumni status. More details on the GMP are available at Wharton Executive Education.

Certificate
Earn a Wharton Executive Education certificate upon successful completion of the program.
