Dear current community at ESCP Business School, I am excited to announce that the AGORA student election has just begun today! I am passionate about improving our community and I believe in the important changes I want to make, please consider voting for me after reading my election program summary below: 1. SOCIETIES: More societies and more students involved!  - Set up a board to Improve existing societies and involve more students. - Introduce new annual rewards based on extracurricular activities. - More alumni events on Investment Banking, Consulting and Sustainability. 2. NETWORKING: Beyond ESCP! - Organize events with students and professors from different Universities.  - Provide more tailored career services to bachelor students. 3. VOICE OF ESCP: Collective decisions. - Creating a feedback channel, so that most decisions represent the majority.  - Allow resits and elective courses. 4. MENTAL HEALTH: Know your mind. - Provide online mental health surveys. - Invite engaging guest speakers and raise awareness for mental illness symptoms. Scholarships play a pivotal role in breaking down financial barriers that often hinder deserving individuals from pursuing higher education. Beyond simply funding tuition, scholarships foster diversity and inclusivity by ensuring that individuals from diverse backgrounds have equal opportunities to thrive academically and professionally. UNSW Sydney tops Australia for the most unicorn founders. Using a dataset of 1,110 US-based VC-backed unicorns, Stanford University Graduate School of Business Prof. Ilya Strebulaev compiled a list of all universities that “produced” the highest number of unicorn founders in their respective countries. Here are the top universities in 20 countries, ranked by the number of unicorn founders.

(#saywhat) 🤔 After I was contacted by a recruiter I had applied on a whim (as I know Quantic is selective with an 11% acceptance rate). I took a few Quantic courses to gauge where my knowledge fell since my Business "Education" comes from over a decade of experience based education, not academic. While I am ECSTATIC to have been accepted and provisionally admitted to the Quantic Executive MBA Program of 2024... ☺️🎉 The truth is, I just don't believe education should be over $5K a year to begin with -- So many people carry debt on their credit for a decade (some even more), when no one should have to take on that debt just to make a living. That puts education out of reach for: 🚫 Many single parents/parents with 2+ kiddos 🚫 Those without the luxury of a support system 🚫 Multiple underpaid marginalized groups 🚫 The 74% living paycheck to paycheck 🚫 The 67% without an extra $400 each month And this, is exactly why I set out to bring wholesome, affordable, application based Entrepreneurship Education to the digital space. 🚀 "When you're on a mission you gotta be mindful of what's aiding your journey, and what's detouring you from it." I didn't understand that before, but I think I do now. 🧠✨ -------------------------------- PS: The Education SYSTEM is where the issue lies, not on the University level. 🫶🏼 I appreciate that Quantic goes out of its way to provide far more affordable opportunities than many other Universities, as well as providing scholarship opportunities for women of leadership.
